Target group: All students and graduates who are passionate about the energy transition in Germany
Language: German
Using East Frisia as an example, a grid region manager explains how the energy transition is being implemented locally and what technical, regulatory, and societal challenges must be overcome in the process. Learn how a distribution network operator works, which projects are currently shaping the future of energy, and why networks are the foundation of the energy transition. At the same time, we’ll take a look at the human side of the transformation: How does change succeed, how do we get people on board, and what skills are needed to actively shape the future? A personal account from an industry that, like few others, is driving the transformation of our time. We’ll also provide insights into EWE’s trainee program for anyone who not only wants to understand the future of energy but also wants to actively help shape it.
The following agenda items are planned:
- Introduction & Overview
- Keynote: The Energy Transition in Northwestern Germany
- Presentation of the “Regional Technical Services” Trainee Program
- Open Q&A session
