How can you develop successful products in an increasingly complex world? In this workshop, you’ll experience how key principles of product development come to life in a creative and interactive way.

Target group: Students of all semesters and disciplines, as well as doctoral candidates and recent graduates entering the workforce

Through hands-on games and exercises, you will learn to understand complex interrelationships, overcome challenges, and develop innovative solutions. This course is designed for anyone who wishes to deepen their skills in product development and gain new perspectives.

Through a series of agile games, you will experience and discuss the fundamental principles of complex product development in a playful manner. The focus is on topics such as feedback cycles, self-organization, and product discovery, which are taught in a practical and interactive way.

Speaker:

Dr. Paul Rabe, Software Product Manager at KWS Saat SE & KGaA

He holds a degree in biotechnology from the Technical University of Braunschweig and has extensive experience in developing complex solutions in the fields of pharmaceuticals, bioanalytical instruments, and software. He currently serves as Software Product Manager at KWS Saat SE & KGaA. As a certified Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Project Manager, he brings in-depth technical expertise and methodological skills to agile product development.
