Field Trip to Amino: An internationally renowned pharmaceutical company based in the region

Experience international pharmaceutical expertise right here in the region! Discover modern laboratories and pilot plants at Aminovation, tour state-of-the-art production facilities for infusion-grade amino acids, and ask experts your questions on-site.

Target group: Students of biotechnology, bioengineering, chemical engineering, and pharmaceutical engineering; as well as students of pharmacy and engineering in general, along with doctoral candidates and graduates

The following program items are planned:

  • A tour of our research and development department, Aminovation. In addition to modern laboratory equipment, this facility houses pilot plants for product development and scale-up trials.
  • Afterward, we will visit the production facilities at one of the three plants on the site. This plant features state-of-the-art production equipment with a production volume of up to 20 m³. Here, amino acids are processed and purified to infusion quality.
  • During the tour, we’ll meet representatives from various departments and have the opportunity to ask detailed questions about research and development, quality assurance, and sales.
