The perfect mix of indoor and beach volleyball is coming to the university beach volleyball court: Quattro Mixed combines the feel of the sand with team sports and, with 12 teams of up to 6 players (4 of whom play at a time), promises to be an absolute volleyball celebration where every team plays at least 5 matches!
Registration is handled by the team captain, who then sends a list of players to the organizing team. At least one woman and one man must be on the court at all times; the game is played according to modified beach volleyball rules.
Join us for an immersive afternoon of movement, mindfulness, and deep relaxation. In this workshop, we will explore the grounding and meditative aspects of Ashtanga Yoga through breath-synchronized movement, traditional sequences, and mindful awareness. The active practice will be followed by a deeply restorative Yin Yoga session, Yoga Nidra, and an immersive Sound Healing experience using a variety of instruments to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. This workshop begins with an active and energizing Ashtanga-inspired practice to build strength, focus, and vitality, before gradually moving into slower and more restorative practices. It invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience a balance between movement and relaxation, strength and stillness, and inner peace.
You will need: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, towel, and an eye mask (optional). Yoga mats and props are provided.
We’re continuing to celebrate beach season in style! On August 20, 2026, at 3:30 p.m., the TU’s King/Queen of the Court tournament will take place!
This well-known, fast-paced game format—in which multiple teams compete for points on a single court—will be played in tournament style with up to 16 teams. Each team will play the same number of rounds, followed by a final placement round where you can be crowned Queens or Kings of the Court. There will be a women’s competition and a men’s competition, each with up to 16 two-person teams. Therefore, only pair registrations with a team name will be accepted.
We want to celebrate the end of the season with you in the form of a tournament!
Only doubles will be played. The tournament starts with a qualifying phase, where all participants are randomly paired up for each round. Each match lasts 30 minutes. Every participant plays a total of three games and earns individual points. The playoff phase is held in a knockout system. An exception is the final: here a full set will be played to determine the tournament winner. We’re looking forward to your participation!
In this intensive workshop, you will learn extremely effective self-defense techniques against physically superior attackers. We practice in realistic scenario training sessions. In these sessions, you can try out the techniques you have learned directly on the protected trainer and apply them with full power. It doesn't get any more realistic than this! 5 hours of intense exercise to balance out your everyday life.
You will need fitness clothing, clean indoor shoes, and a drink.
