Overview of Saturdays with service at Information & Rental Desk 2026

Our information and circulation desk are open with service every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. This does not affect the opening hours of the university library.

Please note that on days when no service hours are offered, the following services will not be available:

• Issuing of user cards / renewal of membership
• Collection of ordered/reserved books and interlibrary loan orders
• Issuing of print credit cards / guest Wi-Fi
• Assistance with research
• Payment of fees
• Creation or replenishment of interlibrary loan accounts
• Use of the special reading room
• Acceptance of dissertations
