Beachvolleyball

On Sunday, 22 June, between 2 and 6 p.m., more than twelve different sports groups invite you to try out new sports. Whether spikeball, calisthenics or judo – there is something for everyone at the University Sports Festival in the outdoor area on Franz-Liszt-Straße. Free childcare will be provided during the event to ensure that even the youngest visitors are well looked after. A varied stage programme with performances by the Lindy Hop group, salsa dancers and more, as well as a wide range of food and drink, round off the Sunday programme.

Taster Courses

From judo to beach volleyball – come along and join in when our sports groups invite you to try out and train! We would be delighted if you would register in advance for our beach volleyball and soccer tournament. All other activities are available throughout the day. All you need is comfortable clothing, sports shoes and curiosity!

Juggling

Have you always wanted to try juggling or would you like to try it again? Then you've come to the right place. There are balls, rings and clubs for juggling. You can learn preliminary exercises for three balls, simple three-ball tricks or juggle together with others (pass or take-outs).

Bridge

Bridge is a mixture of logic, strategy and psychology and is played in pairs of four. The aim is to deduce how good your partner's or opponent's cards are based on the bidding. Curious? Then come and play with us at the bridge stand!

Parkour

A small obstacle course with buzzer timing is waiting for you: prove your speed, show how far you can jump and improve your technique with specific tips on overcoming obstacles and jumps!

Calisthenics

Outdoor training with your own body weight? Try it out! From 14:00 to 18:00, various calisthenics workshops await you at the university's own calisthenics park at the university sports festival. Our trainer Christian will show you directly on the bars how to train effectively with your own body weight, use equipment sensibly and learn new skills - suitable for beginners and advanced athletes. Do you have any personal questions or would you like individual training tips? Christian will be available to you personally throughout the afternoon - come along, ask your questions and get new ideas for your workout!
