The Introduction to Business Analytics course is designed to provide students with a practical and comprehensive understanding of the key tools and methodologies of data analytics in the business environment. Over the course of three intensive weeks, participants will be introduced to the strategic role of data in the digital transformation, will address basic concepts of statistics, visualisation and machine learning, and will explore real-world applications in areas such as marketing, operations or finance.
The course combines a visual and non-code approach using tools such as Orange, with an accessible introduction to Python programming. The last week includes the development of a tutored final project, allowing the knowledge acquired to be applied to a practical case with business impact.
