Project work is part of everyday life in many degree programmes and professional fields. But how are projects actually initiated, structured and managed? These are precisely the questions addressed by the project management seminar organised by IAP GmbH.
Alongside the theoretical foundations, the seminar offers the opportunity to develop organisational skills, learn from experienced project managers and network with fellow students. Interactive exercises and case studies will help participants put what they have learned into practice. At the end of the seminar, participants will receive a certificate of participation.
