Hi, I'm Chiara, I'm 21 years old and I'm currently in the 3rd semester of my bachelor's degree. Synbio is a great option for me to learn new things and to have a look into the processes of research. I'm mainly interested in plants and cell biology, but I'm still very open and want to try out as much as I can. What fascinates me most about biology are the many possible combinations and the options of using creative approaches to learn and discover new things. It's like a puzzle game, only real and even more interesting.
Hey, my name is Julia Lüpkes, I'm 21 years old and I'm studying Biology in the 3rd semester of my Bachelor's degree. In biology, I'm particularly interested in microbiology and mycology, as they give you the feeling of immersing yourself in a completely different world. I'm taking part in the SynBio project this year because I'd like to gain new experience in the lab, but I also want to take advantage of the opportunity to set up a whole project with my colleagues and realise my own ideas.
