Biodiversity at Braunschweig's watercourses is increasing - a report in the Neue Braunschweiger

The biodiversity of Braunschweig's flowing waters is the subject of Diana Goertzen's research. The analysis of long-term data showed that the biodiversity of aquatic insects and other aquatic invertebrates in the flowing waters has increased significantly. A major reason for this is the increasingly ecologically oriented watercourse management in the city of Braunschweig. The Neue Braunschweiger reported on this on 08.10.2022:
