Over the course of two days, master's students, master’s graduates, PhD candidates, and young professionals will gain first-hand insights into the world of E.ON Inhouse Consulting. Through interactive training sessions, real consulting cases, and personal exchange with E.ON’s consultants, participants will strengthen their consulting skills while experiencing what it's like to work at the heart of the energy transition.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to connect with inspiring women, expand their network, and ask all their questions about a career in consulting in an open and welcoming atmosphere. A joint dinner and an exciting funtivity round off the experience.

The highlight: Participants who demonstrate their potential will have the chance to be invited to the Recruiting Day – or join the talent pool to stay connected for future career opportunities.
