The next BEST Masterclass Talk will take place live on YouTube on April 16, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. The guest is Natalya Nepomnyashcha, founder of the social enterprise Netzwerk Chancen and recipient of the Federal Cross of Merit. Her inspiring biography spans from her birth in Kyiv to growing up in a socially disadvantaged neighborhood in Bavaria, earning a master’s degree in the UK, and pursuing a successful career at an international management consulting firm. In 2016, Natalya founded Netzwerk Chancen as a side project to support young people from underprivileged backgrounds. 

In conversation with journalist Frank Joung, Natalya discusses the decisions that shaped her path, how social engagement can foster professional development, and how to find ways to make a meaningful contribution even with limited time. The talk will be followed by a 15-minute Q&A.
