Under the patronage of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, pre-selected specialists and executives meet the owners and top decision-makers of leading family businesses from all over Germany. Well-known family businesses such as dm, Kärcher and Würth are just as keen to find young management talent here as "hidden champions" and global market leaders such as Festo, PERI and SCHUNK.
Individual career paths can be developed in a very personal setting during binding discussions with company representatives. Compared to anonymous public companies, family businesses generally have much flatter hierarchical structures, greater personal responsibility for employees and a stronger sense of corporate social responsibility.
The programme is aimed at graduates, young professionals and professionals from all disciplines, especially engineers, computer scientists and business people (m/f/d). The application deadline is 15 June 2026. Places are limited.
