Under the patronage of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, pre-selected specialists and managers meet the owners and top decision-makers of leading family businesses from all over Germany. Well-known family businesses such as HARIBO, Rossmann and Vorwerk are just as much on the lookout for future managers as “hidden champions” and global market leaders such as B. Braun, Coroplast and Viega.
In a very personal setting, individual career paths can be developed in binding discussions with company representatives. Compared to anonymous public companies, family businesses generally have significantly flatter hierarchical structures, greater personal responsibility on the part of employees and a more pronounced corporate social responsibility. We are looking for graduates, young professionals and professionals from all disciplines, in particular engineers, computer scientists and business people (m/f/d).
