- Target group: Students enrolled in a technical or business master's program, as well as bachelor's students in higher semesters, are welcome to participate in this workshop, as are doctoral candidates and graduates who are just starting their careers.

After a brief round of introductions, participants will learn about the various methods of multi-project management, followed by practical exercises to apply what they have learned, including role-playing and specific exercises with tips for practical implementation.
The workshop will conclude with a networking session for extensive discussion.
