Multi-project management

This workshop provides an introduction to the basic concepts and methods of multi-project management.

  • Target group: Students enrolled in a technical or business master's program, as well as bachelor's students in higher semesters, are welcome to participate in this workshop, as are doctoral candidates and graduates who are just starting their careers.
  • Language: German

After a brief round of introductions, participants will learn about the various methods of multi-project management, followed by practical exercises to apply what they have learned, including role-playing and specific exercises with tips for practical implementation.

The workshop will conclude with a networking session for extensive discussion.

The FIR at RWTH Aachen University is an institute that deals with value-adding circular economy and digitalization, thereby helping to shape the company of the future. Our scientific staff are active in both management consulting and research and are pursuing doctoral degrees.
