PhD position: Contribution to transport and economic effects of rail infrastructure

From April 1st, 2023, a position within the project "Quality Infrastructure for Trade" is to be filled at the Institute of Economics, respectively the Professorship for Economics (Prof. Dr. Markus Ludwig): Research Assistant (m/f/d).

Prof. Dr. Felix Rösel has contributed to a podcast about the lessons learned of the transformation in East Germany.

The Institute of Economics offers three Master's seminars in the summer semester 2023 on the themes "Demography and Pension", "The Economics of Social Media" and "The Economics of Natural Resources". Registration will be opened on 23.02.2023.

Julius Heitmann, from the Institute for Information Systems - Department Decision Support, successfully defended his dissertation. The disputation took place with the participation of Prof. Dr. Ludwig. We warmly congratulate.
