We currently supervise four year groups with four mentors. They meet with the students approximately every fortnight and explore the topics of the Cluster of Excellence together. They are also very happy to answer questions about studying and career choices.
Hi, I'm Anja and I'm 21 years old. I'm now in my fifth bachelor's semester of mechanical engineering in October 2022, specialising in aerospace engineering. When I was at school, I was overwhelmed by the huge choice of things you can do after school. I would have liked to get to know people from the relevant fields and gain insights. Now I hope that I can perhaps share these insights from a technical field with you students as a mentor.
Hello, my name is Markus Werner and I am in my 3rd semester of mechanical engineering at the TU Braunschweig. I'm looking forward to working with you students as a mentor for changeING to gain insights into research into sustainable aviation and awaken your interest in this and other topics.
Hi, my name is Nik Dömeland and I'm a mentor at changING. I'm currently 20 years old and studying mechanical engineering in my 3rd semester. Even when I was at school, I was very keen to take apart everything from blenders to cars in order to understand how they work. That's where my interest in mechanical engineering comes from. I also really enjoy gaining initial experience in this field with young people.
Hi, I'm Dina, a research assistant in the Cluster of Excellence ‘Sustainable and Energy Efficient Aviation’. My tasks include the planning and development of the club dates in the institutes of the cluster as well as the organisation of logistics. As the central contact person, I am available for all questions relating to the research club. I am also passionate about research and investigating the effectiveness of our measures!
Hello, I'm Anne. I work as a research assistant in physics didactics. You can expect great projects from aviation. We have a lot of support from the aviation engineers who are researching sustainable aviation in the SE2A excellence cluster.
So, feel free to drop by! I'm looking forward to many good conversations!
