If you have forgotten your password and a mobile phone number has been stored, you can reset your password here.
If the password change fails, please visit the IT-Service-Desk in person. Please have an official identification document (passport or ID card) and your TU-Card ready.
Alternatively, you can fill out form AN05 online. You have to print this out and send it to us by mail, together with a copy of your identification document and a copy of your TU-Card.
