The postgraduate seminar will cover a variety of current research topics from the field of "Machine Learning", which will be worked out, deepened and scientifically prepared.
Participants will read, present and discuss scientific publications together. The structure of a scientific conference publication is discussed as well as strategies for writing the common sections of a scientific paper.
This event has a discursive character, therefore the regular attendance of the participants is necessary.

Unfortunately we have to inform you that we have to shift the advanced seminar once by one semester.
In the current situation, an event like the OML cannot be carried out in a practical way, because it lives from direct exchange within the group. This decision was not easy for us, as we ourselves take part in the OML with great pleasure.
The current plan is to hold the OML in the following winter semester 20/21. Those who already had a spot for the summer semester will also have priority in the winter semester when applying. Please let us know by the end of May if you would like to participate in the OML in the coming winter semester.
