Background

  • The DEM offers the possibilities to arrange particles freely, whereupon inter alia impacts of changes in the model structure are unknown today

Aim

  • Development of a simulation tool based on the DEM in order to simulate stalks in relevant agricultural processes

Content

  • Design of different stalk structures using the DEM
  • Development of a methodology for parametrisation of stalks
  • Validation of the models for agricultural processes
