TU Braunschweig stands in solidarity with all people affected by the war in Ukraine and offers comprehensive and unbureaucratic support with immediate effect. This website collects the offers and support possibilities of TU Braunschweig for Ukrainian students and employees as well as refugees, which we have established in exchange with Ukrainian students and employees.
Applications for the Bridges4Refugees course are now possible again under certain conditions. In this course, refugees prepare for the Test Deutsch als Fremdsprache (TestDaF) in the preparatory German courses of the Language Centre. The application deadline is 12 May 2023.
TU Braunschweig would like to support the students and researchers from Ukraine who have fled and help them with a new start on our campus. That is why we are asking for your help.
With your donation to our emergency fund, you can support refugee Ukrainian students and researchers in the following areas:
In addition, your donation will support students who are already at TU Braunschweig and may now be in need of aid and scholarships to continue their studies.
To make your donation or membership fee tax deductible, you can submit the relevant account statements to the tax office up to an amount of 300 euros. If you would like a donation receipt, please include your name and address.
The Braunschweigische Hochschulbund e.V. (BHB) is a non-profit association of friends and supporters of TU Braunschweig. It makes many things possible at the university that would otherwise be difficult to realise: Such as a variety of challenging projects and contributing to helpful contacts within the region.
If you have concrete suggestions for support opportunities or would like to share offers of help with us for publication on this website, please contact:
