Digital event. The access link will be sent to you.
In teaching, didactic visualization takes over the functions of knowledge transfer, reduction, learning optimization and curriculum planning. Even simple illustrations help to present complex knowledge in a brain-friendly and concise manner. In this short workshop with a keynote speech, you will immerse yourself in the variety of didactically usable visualization formats, try out tips and tricks and create your own subject-specific visualizations. Even teaching staff who are inexperienced in drawing are cordially invited to present complex content using simple visual means. (4 AU)

Why groups are stumbling - and how they get up again | 17.11.2023, 09:00 – 13:00
The event will take place in the Masch.Bau conference room (Langer Kamp 19 D, 3rd floor).
Group work - as effective as it can be, it is far from a home run. Poor group work turns a valuable tool into an ineffective and nerve-racking activity. In this workshop, students and teachers use the headstand method to take an in-depth look at what causes groups to stumble - and, conversely, what obstacles can be removed preventively. Two external coaches report on their experiences in supporting difficult team processes in companies. In a collaborative exchange, the participants will develop strategies for successful group work that can be used both in courses and in the work context.
