Since 09/2019: Adjunct professor for Design Thinking & Business Model Innovation, FOM University of Applied Sciences, Berlin

  • Co-creating & -teaching the first Design Thinking lecture at the FOM Berlin

Since 09/2015: Coach & Consultant for Design Thinking & Team-Based Innovation, Freelance

  • Designing, leading and coaching professional one- to multi-day innovation & transformation programs across all industry sectors, academia, foundations & public institutions as well as pro bono work for social entrepreneurs, founders and students worldwide (150+ workshop days)
  • Developed & tested own team analysis & training formats in diverse settings worldwide
