Development of Teaching and Learning

In close cooperation with teachers and students, the Project House works on the further development of studies and teaching. The focus is on innovative teaching and teaching development as well as on future-oriented concepts and learning opportunities. The Project House's services range from demand-oriented offers for teachers, institutes or faculties to offers for students in the interdisciplinary professionalization field. In addition, the Project House supports professors with tailor-made offers in the Professors's Programme.

A total of eight years of successful project funding, including the Quality Pact for Teaching (Qualitätspakt Lehre), form the basis for the services in the field of teaching development and learning. Further information can be found on the pages of the project group Teaching and Media Education.

Digitisation and Future Skills

Digital transformation is changing the university permanently, not only on a technological but also on a cultural level. The Project House addresses these developments in various fields such as future skills, digital literacy or collaboration and cooperation and participates in the university-wide discourse on various levels. This includes, for example, strategy processes, networking formats or offers for teachers and students.

Change und Innovation

Change and innovation processes form the basis for the Project House's activities. To generate forward-looking solutions, the task portfolio consists of various modules such as the assessment of current trends, the generation of ideas, the implementation of participation processes, project-related product development, acquisition of funds, evaluation and transfer.
