TU Braunschweig has joined the federal agreement for the “Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES)” program. This means that all university employees have access to Microsoft 365 E3 licenses, in particular for MS Office.
Students can also use Microsoft 365 E3 on their personal devices under the “Student Advantage Benefits” program.
Regulations governing staff’s and students’ access to the online products are still being finalized. Thank you for your patience!

What’s included in Microsoft 365?
The agreement provides you with Microsoft 365 E3 licenses, which are assigned to individual users and require registration with Microsoft. Under certain conditions, you can use MS Office on work devices without registering. For more information, see the section “Local copy of Office Professional Plus.”

Who can use the licenses?

Lecturers, part-time staff and emeriti are not eligible to use these licenses.
Contract term
The agreement is valid until 30 April 2030.
License terms
