Tenzin Tadin is a doctoral researcher working in the filed of in-flight icing under the MarieSklodowska Curie Actions project TRACES. He is a graduate from the Faculty of Aero-Mechanical and Flight Engineering at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT-FALT), specializing in aerodynamics. His master’s thesis focused on the numerical investigation of miniair-jet vortex generator as an active flow control method on transonic regimes. He also completed one year in the MSc Applied Computational Mechanics program at the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech). His current Ph.D. research explores the dynamics and properties of an Ice layer formed by solidification of supercooled water.
