Henidya Putri Heramarwan is a double-PhD candidate between Politecnico di Milano and TU Braunschweig within the TRACES European Joint Doctorate network. Her research focuses on developing virtual certification tools for in-flight ice accretion by integrating CFD icing simulations with flight dynamic models to improve and accelerate the certification process. She earned her Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, completing her thesis at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) on rotor icing for eVTOL unmanned aircraft through CFD simulations and wind tunnel experiments.
