Under the patronage of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, pre-selected specialists and executives meet with the owners and top decision-makers of leading family-owned companies from all over Germany. Well-known family-owned companies such as ABUS, HARIBO, and Teekanne are here to seek out the next generation of leaders, as are “hidden champions” and global market leaders like BEUMER, Freudenberg, and Viega.
In a very personal setting, individual career paths can be developed through engaging conversations with company representatives. Compared to anonymous publicly traded companies, family-owned businesses generally feature significantly flatter hierarchical structures, greater employee autonomy, and a stronger commitment to corporate social responsibility.
The program is aimed at graduates, young professionals, and professionals from all disciplines, particularly AI and tech talent, computer scientists, engineers, and economists (m/f/d).
