To support junior researchers in the field, there will be an award for the best talks and posters presented by (graduate) students. Eligible contributions will be pointed out in the programme and evaluated by conference attendees.

Oral presentations will be in English. Each talk is 20 minutes (plus 10 minutes for discussion).

There are hdmi, VGA and audio connections for the projector. A Windows laptop will be provided. If you want to use your own computer, please make sure to bring a suitable adapter (e.g., mini-hdmi, Mac).

There will be two poster sessions (see programme) but you may put up your poster for the entire duration of the conference.
