Our teaching portfolio

The Chair of Production and Logistics offers the possibility to apply and learn methods for design and planning of industrial production and logistic systems in a practically relevant way. Our teaching portfolio is coordinated with the study paths [Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (engineering economics), Wirtschaftsinformatik (business informatics), Finanz- und Wirtschaftsmathematik (finance and business mathematics) plus Mobilität und Verkehr (mobility and transportation)], but it is also accessible by other courses of study. In addition to lectures, tutorials and seminars for the bachelor and master (post-graduate) degree as well as the free selectable areas we offer various student research projects. Guest lectures by executives of prestigious industrial companies and also foreign academics and scientists complete the teaching portfolio. Furthermore we organize regular tutorials and workshops as well as regional and supra-regional excursions. Our philosophy is that of providing you an attractive and substantiated teaching which captures current research and practice-oriented topics.

An overview of the courses that are offered by the Chair in the current semester you can find here.

Please do not publish the password because we would have to introduce a rigid procedure in that case.

The provision of documents for courses will happen on the Friday before the respective course starts if demand exists. In addition we will provide lecture notes and further printed papers at the Fachschaft Maschinenbau (student council mechanical engineering - Klappe) if necessary.
