Small Group Meeting held in Braunschweig, Germany
February 26 – 28 2010

Flow, a state of mind characterised by total absorption and immersion in an activity, has led to a variety of empirical research. This Small Group Meeting will bring together flow researchers from different areas of Psychology who will present theoretical considerations and empirical research in different contexts. Besides looking at different domains, this meeting will also deal with the question what happens on a neuropsychological level when a person is in flow. The aim of the meeting is two-fold: Firstly, it will shed a light on flow research regarding contexts, measures, and methods, and secondly, it will try to scientifically integrate what we know about the flow construct and what might be interesting for future research.
