The IT-Service-Desk is available to all TU students, staff and faculty. We are the central point of contact for all IT-related questions and service requests.

Our requests are handled with the help of a trouble ticket system. Please do not remove the ticket number (Ticket #2007080100001) from the e-mail. The number helps us to identify your request.

Additional Services:

We offer documentation and hand-outs concerning programs and services of the Gauß-IT-Zentrum. Some of them you must pay for, other documentations are free of charge, some of them you can get by download.
